Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computer systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the highest level of data accuracy.

1. Basic Language Skill: English Intermediate level (reading/writing/speaking)
   
   
   Key Responsibilities:
   1. Maintain data integrity by ensuring all information is entered consistently and according to established procedures.
   2. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to store data efficiently and securely.
   3. Retrieve and extract data from databases and spreadsheets as required.
   4. Assist in data cleanup and deduplication efforts.
   5. Follow data entry guidelines and protocols to ensure data security and confidentiality.
   6. Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
   7. Generate and prepare reports, charts, and graphs based on data input.
   8. Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.
   9. Respond to data inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
   10. Keep up-to-date with data entry best practices and software tools.
   11. Update Social content as required
