Description

This is NOT a management or HR position so we are keen to look at candidates who have done BA/ BSc/ BCom only

We are currently seeking to employ a number of Recruitment Researchers to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES OF A RESEARCHER:

Sourcing candidates as directed by the Recruitment Consultants

This will include headhunting via sourcing from a large in-house data base and using social media including linked in and various other websites

Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlists

Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs

Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts

Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets

Working closely with the recruitment consultants

REQUIREMENTS

Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience/ skills

Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Professional and confident manner

Self motivated, a confident and pro-active nature with drive and determination to succeed

Target driven with a positive attitude

Committed and Professional

The shift is from AM to PM, Six Days a Week
