Job description

• Supervise and manage online Quran classes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide support to teachers during or outside class time, ensuring that they have all the necessary resources and assistance.
• Manage class schedules and ensure students are connected with teachers on time.
• Keep detailed records of students' and teachers' progress.
• Oversee homework assignments, test sessions, and trial classes.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to resolve any concerns or issues.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and manage any changes or delays in real-time.
• Use modern educational technologies to enhance the teaching and learning experience (experience with platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding new teachers and provide ongoing guidance.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during night shifts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of Islamic studies and Quranic teachings.
• female candidates only.

• The degree must be complete.
• Basic knowledge of Google Meet and Excel.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work night shifts ( : PM to : AM PST, Monday to Saturday).
• Must have a laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

• Previous supervising experience in Quranic studies or related educational fields is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
