Job Overview:

We are Marka Agency, a digital marketing agency specializing in innovative solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in the Gulf region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain). We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating visually appealing designs and engaging video content tailored to our clients’ needs and marketing goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

. Graphic Design:

Create high-quality visuals for social media posts, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Develop brand guidelines, logos, and promotional materials for clients.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure designs align with the marketing strategies.

. Video Editing:

Edit and produce professional videos, including promotional content, reels, and animations.

Add effects, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance video appeal.

Ensure video content meets platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).

. Innovation and Creativity:

Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends.

Provide creative input to enhance overall project quality.

Adapt and customize designs for various Gulf market audiences.

. Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with the Business Development Manager and the marketing team to understand project requirements.

Incorporate client feedback into designs and videos.

Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.

. Experience:

Minimum of years in graphic design and video editing, preferably in digital marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video projects.

. Personal Skills:

Creativity and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
