OUTBOUND CALL CENTER
CAMPAIGN: DME (Durable medical equipment)

Job Description: The DME Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting patients, to facilitate the distribution of durable medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm their needs for durable medical equipment.
• Verify insurance information and discuss coverage details with patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or Intermediate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the US time zone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require sales, fluent, outbound, call center, calling agent, communication skills, customer service orientation, customer service, performance, intermediate, verbal mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
