Description

 Job Duties & Responsibilities:

. Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
. Preparation of salary statement.
. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
. Administration of all contract Labor.
. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
. Review resumes and applications.
. Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require process, recruitment, source, compensation, health, medical insurance, hr policies, preparation, handling, final, administration, labor, management, review, hiring, communication skills, writing, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, team player, time management, benefits mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
