A US based company is hiring International Call Center Agent (Night Shift) to manage customer queries, feedback's, and complaints.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Call customer for order verification, reviews and feedback
Resolving customer complaints
Job Requirements:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Great verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Relevant experience in Call Center would be preferred
Shift Timings: pm – am. ( hours)
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Office Location: FB. Area Gulberg Karachi
Gender: No Preference
Pick and Drop service provided to females only.

The ideal candidate should have inter/o-levels/a-levels qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require english fluency, communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
