Description

Job Description. 

Management, administration and maintenance of all IT and telecoms Systems & equipment. 

Ensure that all IT Data is Held Securely, Safe from unauthorized access ( internal and External )

Maintain and develop in-house IT infrastructure.

Provide remote IT support to our clients.

Carry out routine health checks and intrusion detection.

Job Specification:

Expertise in Networking.

Expertise in VOIP, Asterisk and Elastix.

Expertise in MCSE (plus expertise in CCNA would be an advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Excellent knowledge of Elastix, Microsoft Server platforms including Microsoft Windows Server , (All editions), Exchange Servers

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

Ability to work under pressure

Able to handle multiple tasks at any one time

Keep up to date in subject area and actively participate in staff development;

Seek to work effectively, efficiently and flexibly.
