Description

We are hiring males and females for the position of "Lead Generation Specialist (CSR)". The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with US customers/clients and providing them knowledge about the product, qualifying them and generating potential leads. In addition, you will build strong relationships within the company and grow your career in International Sales and highlight yourself in professional environment.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be required to take a good amount of calls on a regular basis.

- The candidate will be using the communication script as provided by the trainer.

- The candidate will be building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

- The candidate will be using the persuasive and convincing power to generate new leads.

- The candidate will be keeping records of all new leads in the database in a comprehensible way.

- The candidate will be attending training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level.

- The candidate will meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualifications:

- The potential candidate must possess good English speaking and listening skills.

- The potential candidate must possess positive attitude and loves talking to people.

- The potential candidate must be a good listener and have the ability to handle the pressure situations easily.

- The potential candidate must have ability to work in the night shift.

- The potential candidate should have good communication attire and eagerness for growth.
