Description

One of our client which is UK based Call Centre located in Karachi DHA is looking to hire Manager Operations:-

 Skills Required:- 

- Experience of call center / international campaigns, managing operation, managing sales team and being the glue between different parts of the business.

- Experience in reviewing, creating and documenting and process mapping policies and procedures

- Experience in troubleshooting problems, with systems, people and performance, and making necessary changes to improve.

- Experience in setting company KPI’s, and benchmarking performance against KPI’s

- Must be able to respond to flexible requirements from the client

- Incumbent must have effective time management, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills together with an analytical approach to problems solving for a team.
