Description

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Sales Trainings, reviewing products brochures/publications and Periodical interdepartmental sales meetings;  
• Compilation of periodical Sales/Marketing Activity report and submit to departmental head;
• Maintaining and updating customer databases/Client List/Reference List etc., & Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintaining and developing foster relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, emails, cold calling (if require) and gathering clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• To carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness; communicating with target market and managing customer relationships;
