Description

• Backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support.
• Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
• Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
• Manage Domain Controller (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy), and File Server
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Answering technical queries of internal and external customers.
• Communicating with vendors for purchase requisition.
• Prepare and maintain all records and files in relation to IT assets, network performance and problems for all routers/switches, LAN and Linux servers.
• Inspect and recommend appropriate installation of operating systems and ensure better optimization process.
• Analyze and identify all technical problems and provide consultation and training to help all users.
