Description

i. To assist Senior Manager Resource Mobilization in donor cultivation and look after events as needed.

ii. To initiate and establish relationships with donors at the country and international level and lead in programs that facilitate relationships.

iii. To research and analyze donor call for funding applications including expressions of interest and requests for proposals

iv. To provide technical support and advice on grant proposal development to the program team members.

v. To take follow up to receive an agreed amount from donors.

vi. To visit donor at his doorstep and collect donations.

vii. To gather information necessary to report to AKFP

viii. Funders on current grant programs.

ix. To understand of AKFP’s history and programs.

x. To ensure project execution and timely reporting according to aspirations of donor.

xi. To prepare monthly, quarterly and other departmental reports for Resource Mobilization Department.

xii. To bring innovative ideas and put up proposals for improvement and fund raising.

xiii. To ensure timely submission of Monthly Target and Achievement Report (MTAR) of self and sub-ordinate staff.
