Description

Saif Group of Companies needs sales development officers for its Lahore Office, a sales development officer is a salesperson who is responsible for generating new business opportunities and leads for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities of this role are:

• Researching and identifying potential customers and markets for the company’s products or services

• Making cold calls, sending emails, and using social media to reach out to prospects and generate interest

• Qualifying leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority

• Setting up appointments and meetings between prospects and sales executives

• Following up on leads and providing feedback to the sales team

• Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant information

• Reporting on sales activities and results to the management

• Staying updated on the industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

To be a successful sales development officer, you need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• At least years of experience in sales or customer service

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• A strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

• A high level of motivation, self-discipline, and resilience
