As a Team Manager at Jubilee Life Insurance, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Takaful consultants. Your role will involve driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving company goals. You will play a vital part in team development, strategy execution, and providing an exceptional experience for our clients in the Islamabad region.
Key Responsibilities:
. Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets and improve performance.
. Sales & Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Oversee daily operations and ensure team adherence to company policies and standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure the team provides accurate information and exceptional service to clients.
. Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales figures, and customer feedback.
Propose action plans to improve team performance based on analytical insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in team management or sales, preferably in insurance or Takaful.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
