Experience: - years as a Generalist Role
Education: BBA / MPA / MBA
Skills: Excellent Communication / Negotiation & Advance Excel is mandatory
Location: Karachi - S.I.T.E Area

Job Description:
  • Process understanding of employee’s performance appraisal, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and rewards management.
  • Develop and implement a KPI based performance management system to ensure each team member is meeting or exceeding their goals.
  • Understanding of Needs Assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the foundation.
  • Leading OD projects initiatives by developing tools and resources. Proactively and thoughtfully address organizational and team member issues as they arise.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, special events, and quarterly/annual team meetings.

Mustaqim Textile is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Senior Executive HR & OD in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba /mba qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require management, senior executive, communication, negotiation, excel, performance appraisal, appraisal, job evaluation, rewards, performance management system, needs assessment, training, staff development, foundation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
