Social Media Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing professional with customer support skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support to our customers and assisting with social media marketing efforts. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.

• Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records and data.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent online presence and messaging.

• Contribute to the development of content for social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Intermediate education level.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry and record maintenance.

• Full understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a team and take direction from a Team Lead.

Experience
