Job Description: The DME Calling Agent will be responsible for contacting patients to facilitate the distribution of durable medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to patients to confirm their needs for durable medical equipment.
- Verify insurance information and discuss coverage details with patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Intermediate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in the US time zone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
