We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Upwork Online Bidder / Business Developer to join our team. Our mission is to expand our client base and close deals on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other online marketplaces. • Identify and target potential clients on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and other online marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients.
• Negotiate and finalize deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.

• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in a remote or commission-based setting.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and securing clients on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and the freelance industry.
