Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other inquiries.
Verify passenger documentation and ensure compliance with security regulations.
Handle luggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft and baggage claim areas.
Provide information and directions to passengers and address any concerns or issues.
Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and other airport departments.
Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, baggage areas, and waiting areas.
Respond to emergencies and incidents according to airport protocols.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
