Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team and assist in various HR functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in the HR field, offering exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. As an intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain practical knowledge essential for a career in human resources.

 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
Onboarding: Help with the preparation and organization of onboarding materials, ensuring smooth orientation for new hires.
Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Employee Engagement: Organize team-building events, wellness programs, and employee feedback surveys.
Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and assist in developing training materials.
HR Compliance: Help ensure that HR policies are followed and assist in documenting compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Payroll & Benefits: Provide administrative support for payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
HR Projects: Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as diversity initiatives, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
 Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.
