Description

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory has an open position of Assistant Manager-Accounts Receivable in its Head Office located at Landhi Karachi.

Qualification: ACCA
Experience: - years managing Accounts Receivables preferably from the same industry (Experience with Big is highly desirable).
Brief Responsibilities:
The Job incumbent shall be responsible to manage the Accounts Receivables of the company and coordinate with the customers for the timely collection of the invoices and manage receivables.
To take the regular follow-ups with the Customers and Sales team to ensure timely invoicing and collections of the same.
To develop a process in order to identify clients that default on payment terms and ensure timely and appropriate course of action.
To maintain the AR aging accounts receivable balance, Receivable Outstanding and Bad Debt provision.
Also ensure that the Withholding tax, VAT etc, is deducted by the customers, are collected on time.
Provide weekly update on the collections of balance accounts receivables status to the HOD.
To ensure effective implementation of the entire invoicing and collections processes.

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivable in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have acca qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require machine, factory, open, assistant, receivable, head, office, industry, sales, invoicing, collections, process, order, accounts receivable, balance, debt, provision, implementation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.

nternship HR department- (Project Based) Qualification: BBA/ MBA-HRExperience: Preferably experience of managing (Personal Files of the employees and Data Management) in the HR department of the reputable organization. Stipend 12,000/- pm + LunchTenure: 8 to 12 weeks Days: Mon to Fri Time: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Good IT Skills ( MS. Word and MS.Excel) Candidates who are living in the vicinity of Malir, Landhi, Korangi or adjacent areas shall be given preference.
