Description

Position: Assistant & Receptionist

Location: Khayaban-e-Shamsheer, Karachi
Shift & Timing: Morning, AM - PM
Salary Range: -

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing files, managing schedules, and preparing documents.
- Handle correspondence through emails and other communication channels in English.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations effectively.

Requirements: 
- Educational Background: Bachelors 
- Language Skills: Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Computer Proficiency: Must possess good typing skills and basic knowledge of computer applications like MS Office, email management, and data entry.
- Personality Traits: Decent, presentable, and able to handle a tough working environment with a positive attitude.
