Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Business Development Executive with an IT background. Who has the ability to redesign models in business as per modern strategies. You will generate business through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn, and be pivotal in our client engagement strategy. Strong English communication and negotiation skills are essential to win projects related to IT and software services and be able to close the deals. This role offers a competitive salary with growth opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients via platforms, tenders, networking events, and forums. Tailor proposals to client needs and maintain a strong lead pipeline. Recognising potential partners and defining rules of collaboration.
CRM Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing support throughout the bidding process.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine our approach and identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Automation: Explore automation for lead generation and bidding tasks. Implement CRM tools (e.g., Make.com, HubSpot, n n) to streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal (design and development) teams to ensure proposals align with our brand and capabilities.
Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to sales strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth, monitoring performance metrics to adjust tactics as needed. Negotiate project scope, milestones and budget..

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in tech or web development.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
- Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Make.com, n n).
- Understanding of web and mobile development processes and technologies.
- Analytical mindset for deriving insights from market data.
- Self-motivated, problem solver, able to build foundations and work both independently and as part of a team.
