Description
We are looking for Business Development Executive
Counsel Students over phone, in-person and provide Professional Assistance for various courses suitable for them.
Regular follow ups with prospective students via email and telephone from the first enquiry to the time of conversion into admission.
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail average.
Answer phones and book students appointment at office.
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, B B strategies (Visit College and universities occasionally).
