Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent / Truck Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling and dispatching trucks, and tracking shipment progress to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and provide exceptional customer service

Schedule and dispatch trucks to ensure on-time deliveries

Coordinate with drivers to provide necessary information and support

Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and resolve any issues or concerns

Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery

Will be multi-tasking with cold calling candidate will be chatting via email.

Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and shipment details

Cold calling/generating leads to sign carriers for the company

Requirements:

year of experience in a call center or dispatch role is preferred as a frontier

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work flexible hours.

Must have good written and verbal English with active listening

Walk.in for an interview during weekdays between : pm to : pm ( Monday to Friday )
