Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO)is responsible for the management of core business operations, including product development, marketing, policy development, and application of internal controls. S/he will ensure that the Company (Fursan Embedded Systems and Networking Pvt Ltd) is competitive, and that outreach and profitability performance targets are met.The COO is responsible for ensuring that core business personnel are adequately trained and operated at a high standard of technical competency. As a member of the Management Team, s/he shares responsibility for the overall performance and activities of the company, and participates in making decisions on strategic issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Successfully executing day to day operations

Short-term budgeting

Monitoring revenue growth rate

Maintaining adequate supply of resources

Coordinating lower level management

Overseeing bonus, over-time, increment, commissions and deductions criteria of sub-ordinates
