Position details:
Position Title: Operations Services Officer
Department: General Services
Reports To: Office Manager
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time [ : AM to : PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and other official tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities will include preparing bid documents, data entry, filing, internet/online research related to business, dealing with any queries related to bids/tenders, and assisting with other office duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
. Administrative Support:
o Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
o Assist with the preparation and editing of bid documents, letters, and other documents related to tenders
. Data Entry:
o Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
o Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
. Communication:
o Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members. (if required)
o Drafting and responding to emails
. Record Keeping:
o Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
o Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
. Support to Staff:
o Provide support to other departments and staff as needed.
o Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Graduate
• Experience:
o Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not required.
• Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
o Flexible and adaptable attitude
o Command of social media platforms for marketing purposes
Working Conditions:
• Environment:
o Office-based role with standard office hours.
o May require occasional extended working in case of workload
• Physical Demands:
o Sitting for extended periods.
o Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
