Description

• Category Analysis. It includes daily sales and inventory of categories/Sub Departments.

• Demand Planning of the product.

• Working on sales forecasting based on the details provided by the Product Department.

• Coordinating with Product Teams and Ensuring products to reach stores in time.

• Generating day wise sales Targets based on Departments, Branches and regions

• Driving front team to deliver department wise growth targets

• Generating instore sales promotion activities and coordinating with Brand Management and Marketing team for its execution.

• Monitoring historical sales trends and its analysis.

• Analyzing Gross Profit of the categories.

• Improving sales & liquidate slow moving inventory

• Working on discount and its implementation during sales campaigns.

• Working on product assortment.

• Ensuring availability of right product at right channel

• Coordinating with Visual Merchandisers for better product positioning.

• Visiting stores to analyze product positioning.

• Analyzing competitors and its product in terms of price and marketing.
