Description

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage effective warehouse operations including Inventory & Logistics aligned with organizational objectives
• Effectively Manage inventory of Raw materials and packaging materials as per defined MSL for smooth operations
• Ensure availability of FG in nationwide stores as per business need and defined MSL
• Ensure timely nationwide dispatches as per SOPs in coordination with business partners
• Managing Sales returns, rejections, and damage material claims
• Team development and performance management
• Keep a strong focus on customer experience by gathering and analyzing feedback followed by a strong improvement plan
• Ensure effective compliance of company policies and implementation of SOPs
• KPIs implementation and business wise analysis and reporting for operational excellence
• Ensuring Cost effectiveness in Warehousing and logistics operations
• Ensuring the safety of workers as per predefined HSE policies
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager
