Description

Role Overview:

One person is responsible for managing organic social media accounts and overseeing paid campaigns simultaneously. Your goal is to raise brand awareness, build an engaged community, and simultaneously run ad campaigns that achieve the best return on investment (ROI) and tangible sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive strategy:
  • Develop a comprehensive monthly plan that combines organic content and paid ad scheduling.
  • Define campaign objectives (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) and KPIs for each phase.
Manage organic content:
  • Create a diverse content calendar (posts, stories, reels, short videos).
  • Write engaging copy and design/oversee visual designs.
  • Interact daily with followers (comments, messages) and build trust.
Buy and manage ads:
  • Set up campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (if applicable), and TikTok Ads according to budget and goals.
  • Adjust targeting and build audiences (Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, Interests).
  • Conduct A/B tests for ads (images, text, headlines) and analyze the results.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously adjust budgets and targeting.
Organic vs. Paid Alignment:
  • Upload top-performing organic content and convert it to paid ads.
  • Use organic engagement data to create targeted lists for paid campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports that aggregate organic reach, engagement, ad spend, and results.
  • Provide practical recommendations for strategy improvement and reducing cost per acquisition.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least – years of experience managing social media accounts and buying digital ads in an agency or business.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram platforms. Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads is preferred.
  • Skilled in using scheduling tools (such as Hootsuite or Buffer) and analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to write short, engaging marketing texts and simple design in Canva or Photoshop.
  • Good understanding of audience targeting strategies and building personalized lists.
