Summary
- Preparing a roadmap for paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- Identifying channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and setting appropriate budgets for each channel.
- Managing paid campaigns (SEM & SMM)
- Creating and managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns and increasing conversion rate (CRO).
- Adjusting budgets, A/B testing, and optimizing performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Keyword research and targeting.
- Optimizing content, titles, meta descriptions, and on-page techniques.
- Backlink building and implementing off-page strategies.
- Develop a monthly content plan that includes blog posts, infographics, short videos, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the writing and design team to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Schedule and publish content and engage with your audience (community management).
- Monitor performance using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Native Insights.
- Build a subscriber list and design drip campaigns using Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Analyze and optimize open and click-through rates.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and advertising tools to generate reports.
- Provide periodic (weekly/monthly) reports with recommendations for performance improvement and new strategies.
- Use Make.com or Zapier to integrate CRM, websites, and marketing tools to reduce manual tasks.
- Create automated alerts and reports to update the team.
- Collaborate with sales, programming, and design teams to achieve campaign integration.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and review results.
- Experience: – years as a digital marketing specialist in an agency or company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Certified.
- SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Email management platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Manage time and multiple projects.
