About the Role:
- Sourcing Raw Materials: Searching for stock footage, images, and audio effects suitable for the client's campaign, or coordinating simple remote shoots if necessary.
- Video Editing: Cutting and sequencing scenes using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Animation Addition: Design simple motion graphics and animated titles using After Effects.
- Audio Enhancement and Video Colorization: Adjusting audio levels, adding sound effects or background music, and correcting basic color grading.
- Text and Title Integration: Adding professional subtitles and titles.
- Exporting Files: Outputting videos in formats and sizes compatible with platform requirements (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Team Coordination: Working across remote communication tools (Slack, Trello, Google Drive) to ensure consistent messaging and brand tone.
- Review and Revision: Receiving client feedback and implementing changes quickly and efficiently before final delivery.
- At least two years of experience in remote video editing or within a digital agency.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in using stock footage libraries (Storyblocks, Envato, Adobe Stock, or similar).
- Ability to manage the sourcing of raw materials independently without daily supervision.
- Experience in audio editing and basic color correction.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Compelling Visual Storytelling: Transforming a collection of shots into a visual story that engages audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Precise cutting, timing, and ensuring picture and sound quality.
- Time Management: Adhering to clear deadlines.
- Independent Work: Ability to make decisions regarding sourcing and organizing work without direct supervision.
- Problem Solving: Flexibility in handling varying quality raw materials and finding suitable alternatives.
- On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) ≥ %.
- Number of edit reviews before approval (≤ per video).
